Corrugated Cardboard Dividers: Product Separation and Protection Solution

Corrugated cardboard dividers (also known as cardboard partitions or cell dividers) are an assembled structure designed to be placed inside a shipping box or carton, creating separate compartments to secure, organize, and protect individual products from colliding with each other.

• Design: Dividers are formed by interlocking slotted cardboard sheets perpendicular to each other, creating a grid or honeycomb-like structure.

III. Assembly and Usage

Cardboard dividers are usually shipped in a flat-pack form to save space. For use, the operator simply interlocks the slots of the flat sheets according to instructions to form the complete divider grid, which is then placed inside the outer carton. This process optimizes storage space and reduces the cost of shipping the dividers themselves.
